Not a great work environment. Extremely inefficient workflow at an IT level as nearly all changes were routed through Spain for approvals and access to pretty basic level functionalities were not granted to very capable US admins by the IT Security team in Spain. Way underpaid for the amount of responsibilities and expectations granted. Spain owned company so heavy favoritism shown to Spanish employees.
