Pros

The people are nice to work with.

Cons

Management….in the office, on their phones, and scrolling social media. Allowed food and drink at their workspace. Only management! Hours are rediculous! No room for balancing work/life. Operation Monday thru Sunday including holidays. You never know your schedule or what day (yes sometimes just 1 day off or 2 day(s) off in a row that you have. Management watches keeps track every time you need the bathroom or drin of water. High turnover rate! Can’t keep employees! When this happens…more work and hours are enforced and not voluntary. If they are shorthanded it doesn’t matter if you haven’t had a day off or put in your 40 hours and did not request overtime…does not matter! “Worker ants” expected to stand all day long while working hard and fast non stop literally drowning because they can’t keep employees while joking laughing, eating drinking and on their phones can be heard and seen in management! Over all…high turnover,no work/life balance, forced overtime, can’t even get a drink or use the restroom, can’t be seen talking to other employees expected to work on your feet all day and to work constantly nonstop and fast while management slacks.management problem.

Pros

Good for phlebotomy experience Meet interesting people Learn to keep plates spinning Good health benefits, but not enough to outweigh the health impacts Learn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment

Cons

Have to unlearn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment High school drama and toxicity, management is the prom king/queen Cliquey dramatic management team Reneged agreements Playing favorites, rules for thee but not for me Private employee info gets spread, often by those who are relied upon to keep it private No work life balance or boundaries, and it's an admitted and perpetually unaddressed fault Have to be made to feel guilty for wanting to leave production, get a break, or go to the bathroom High turnover "Is everyone else working as hard as I am?",-Everyone, and eventually you
