Pros

Great team all around. Staff, Managers, Directors levels and above are great to work with. It really depends on the individuals if they learn and understand the communication process as we cannot expect everyone to drop everything they are working on to answer our questions. Some follow up is needed but that is part of the role. Theres a wide range here from manufacturing, maintenance, QC and corporate level roles. It is nice when partnering with the hiring managers and other internal departments as a majority will find the time to connect. Benefits and tuition reimbursement program is great. Opportunity for growth is great as the resources are provided to employees. It is up to them to be proactive in using the resources. The departments individually are good as I can see they open to suggestions when applicable to make things better such as communication or processes.

Cons

Not enough time in a day to get all of the work done. It is not really a con but a good reminder to set expectations on timelines on when we can complete the tasks. Continuous improvement with communications with different departments who are slowly working to make things better for internal staff. At times there can be bumps in the road but it isn't something where we can't pick up the phone and have a chat to resolve issues.

Pros

Good for phlebotomy experience Meet interesting people Learn to keep plates spinning Good health benefits, but not enough to outweigh the health impacts Learn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment

Cons

Have to unlearn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment High school drama and toxicity, management is the prom king/queen Cliquey dramatic management team Reneged agreements Playing favorites, rules for thee but not for me Private employee info gets spread, often by those who are relied upon to keep it private No work life balance or boundaries, and it's an admitted and perpetually unaddressed fault Have to be made to feel guilty for wanting to leave production, get a break, or go to the bathroom High turnover "Is everyone else working as hard as I am?",-Everyone, and eventually you
