Pros

Decent location in downtown Toronto

Cons

No salary increases, no promotions (unless you suck up to the tarnished brass.) The Partner structure inhibits growth and promotes in-fighting and poor performance.. Their creative is stale and stuck in the 90s. Bad account management. The Juicer (Apprentice program gets minimum wage kids to run huge accounts. HR was a joke. It no longer exists. The Executive is a mystery to everyone. Bullying rampant. Avoid this place like COVID. (And since their sell-out to Dentsu, this cluster f of an agency is now melting down. Pathetic.)
