Pros
1. A good place to learn specially if you are fresher. 2. Will provide ample opportunity and resource for you to grow. 3. Managers and leads are supportive though sometimes they might expect us to catch up stuff fast.
Cons
1. There is no proper policy documentation. You never know when accounts or HR comes up with a new policy. 2. Frequent Cash flow issues. 3. Salary will come on 5th of every month. 4. Payslips are delayed. 5. The yearly bonus will be delayed. Takes at least 6 months after constant prompts and reminders. 6. Might suffer from work-life balance issues. 7. Accounts person is arrogant with employees ( can't imagine how they deal with a former employee). 8. No buyouts at all ( Be prepared to serve 2 months of notice period)
