      Flexible scheduling..... and coworkers made it bearable

      Cons

      Corporate has choke hold on owners making it impossible to actually be successful. Pay was sad. No benefits.

      Pros

      Nearby, always had mandated breaks. Had a close friend death occur and recieved immediate time off and support from one manager.

      Cons

      Very little training given, minor mistakes at other companies equal write-ups here, inefficient retraining, and 2/3rds of upper management ignoring me and acting immature for my final week because I quit
