Cons
The training and scheduling staff was unprofessional. They allowed me to work without my medical certificate driving the a van with bad breaks (dangerous), even after telling them I did not have it in the van with me and I was tired after driving for over 8 hours and wanted to go back to the office to get my medical certificate. They encouraged me to work over 11 hour days in training and the one trainer denied me access to any food until I complained after 5 hours of driving on the interstate and around the airport. When I told them I have to eat because I am driving, the trainer stated, "I only ate pretzels today, what are you complaining about?" They did not train me properly on pickups, and then when they threw me out on my own they talked down to me even though I was never even shown how to pick up clients/customers door to door. The communication about scheduling and what you will be doing is so poor, so that when you show up, you have no idea what you are doing. Then they berate you on doing everything "wrong". I did not continue my employment past training. I could not work for a company with such poor morals or values.
