SOME of the coworkers. Literally, that is it. No perks, save the occasional free soda, no benefits, no respect, no room for growth. You do get your paycheck 2x a month which is nice. But, they don’t pay their sellers and vendors on time so get ready to field calls and emails all day every day from vendors asking for their money. That’s fun. You can get fired without warning, which they do on the reg. Pay is well below industry standard. Only consider this place if you have zero other options and start looking for another job on day 1.
