You are taught from your first day how to multi-task. If you survive the first day, the stations rotate and you learn each position of the office. This reinforces how replaceable you are from day one. I survived several years and learned quite a bit, but it came with a price. The secretaries ( management included) were consistently arguing and being petty. Not worth the stress. Physicians played games as well. Just high school games in an office.. not professional and not worth the stress.
