Amazing projects, good people, highly skilled team, work life balance is very respected by principals and by team culture, good pay, wonderful leadership!
Cons
This company uses Vectorworks instead of Autocad. Vectorworks is a great program, but if you need to leave to work for someone else, you will have to re-sharpen your Autocad skills. The health insurance is pretty good, but could be better.
