Pros
the benefits are good, work from home looks good on paper but only if you are not from Delhi NCR
Cons
If you are from Delhi NCR, HR and India head will constantly pressurise you to come to office. while people who are from outside get paid to come to office and are even reimbursed for the travel expenses, people in NCR are forced to travel at their own cost and are not given anything additional to compensate for cost of travel. though they will say its a remote job but if you are in NCR you have to spend more out of your pocket. better is to relocate and take the benefit of remote.
