Pros

Plenty of opportunities to work on high-profile geostructural, geotechnical and environmental projects throughout Ontario. Great leadership with a wealth of experience. Always willing to share their knowledge and chat. They're also always open to listening to new ideas and suggestions, and will provide honest feedback and work with you to implement them. Generous vacation and personal day packages. Good benefits. Reimburses you for site travel. Flexible working hours (office). Site/field hours can vary (follow construction industry). Good mix of younger and older people. No ageism, very inclusive environment. Very fun office atmosphere. Group lunches, social (virtual and non-virtual) meetings, video game and board game sessions, 82 inch TV in the boardroom...etc. Has all the basics you need for taking a break from work. Perfect if you like to work in a startup or newly formed company and be a part of something new. Plenty of areas to work in and learn from.

Cons

Occasionally, tough to set up non-emergency or non-essential meetings with leadership on short notice (within working hours). Mainly due to the busy nature of their work. Office location (Thorncliffe Park) is good and convenient, but can get quite congested during the afternoon rush. No subway but there are bus routes.
