The company has evolved from innovators in the market to a typical venture capital owned company building a future at the cost of the sales people and employees that do the work.

Cons

As soon as you reliant its a cult and not a professional business organization you are culled from the herd and left to starve. No work life balance, Management that is only looking for an exit after the payout….if it ever materializes.

Great sales training, paid as well. They take their time and make sure you understand the process before sending you into appointments

Lead distribution is very up and down and your income relies on it heavily
