Pros

I am lucky to have a great team. Holidays always get approved. I love my job.

Cons

The company is slowly going downhill. The company has always been turbulent. Since doubling in size after the Inchcape buyout is even more so. It feels like the USA owners have upscaled to make profits. upscaling stores, downsizing teams, still making redundancies. Morale is low, no Christmas gift this year for example. People fear for their jobs, make money or receive a redundancy letter.

Pros

They offer employee stock benefits.

Cons

The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. What was once an organization employees were proud to be part of has become an environment where morale is consistently low and many employees feel disengaged and dissatisfied. The changes in leadership and culture have had a noticeable negative impact on the overall employee experience. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective employees to avoid at all cost.
