Pros

Pay was competitive and onsite parking

Rude and childish manager who cant take criticism but dishes it out behind peoples back . Customer surveys will dock pay even if customer is unhappy with something out of your control. Very little support when starting. A lot of the other staff seem unhappy there. No one seemed to care for the job. I was hired after 2 positions became available, and upon handing in my notice another service advisor told me he had handed his in the day before me and another told me they were handing theirs in soon. When I spoke to my manager about my decision to leave he rudely took the letter from me and walked away. He then didn't speak me at all for the rest of the day.

Cons

The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. What was once an organization employees were proud to be part of has become an environment where morale is consistently low and many employees feel disengaged and dissatisfied. The changes in leadership and culture have had a noticeable negative impact on the overall employee experience. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective employees to avoid at all cost.
