Pros

I struggle to find any. They pay you on time?

Cons

Extremely poor management, inexperienced call centre manager blames HR for most disputes. Company feels extremely corrupt, HR department are anything but impartial. Some team leaders seem predatory especially over younger women, referring to them as “my favourite” and allowing them to get away with things others won’t. Bonus structure is a joke. Based off of a finger in the air prediction and a poor staffing forecast resulting in unobtainable targets. Hours are extremely long and monotonous. The company shouts about their values but hardly factors them into decision making - it’s just a bunch of buzz words and saying the right thing. If you can work anywhere else - do so.

They offer employee stock benefits.

Cons

The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly over the past few years. What was once an organization employees were proud to be part of has become an environment where morale is consistently low and many employees feel disengaged and dissatisfied. The changes in leadership and culture have had a noticeable negative impact on the overall employee experience. Based on my experience, I would encourage prospective employees to avoid at all cost.
