They extensively micromanage remote employees. Listening in on phone calls. They encourage employees to cut break times short. No confidence in employee ability. Set the bar high to receive bonuses. No room for advancement. No work life balance. Oftentimes back to back calls with no time allotted to take notes. The times you do take notes is counted against you. Management more focused on scheduling many appointments not customer follow-up. Many customer complaints unanswered causing customers to call in angry unnecessarily. Customer vehicles not properly serviced at Group 1 dealerships.
