      good employee discount for the regular priced items good Christmas presents to choose from a large variety of things

      Cons

      salary is not necessarily attractive at all for the sales position there is no personal development if you are into that type of thing there is no reward for people who work hard

      - Colleagues are very nice and easy to work with - Employee discount - They are kind with schedules, specially if you are studying - They always help you if you have a situation at work - Very understanding - No politics

      Cons

      - Not so high pay - Many responsibilities for the role and pay - Not concrete KPIs yet for each position

      Great benefits for a retail job and the company's CEOs seem to care for their employees.

      As an British person working in Norway, my idea of good pay and benefits for a retail job is probably very different
