      Pros

      The salary was competitive...at first. Coworkers were great to work with.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance. Executive leadership fails to listen to departmental needs, oversimplifies issues, and is disrespectful to the senior leaders that support them.

      Pros

      Pay is above average along with incentive bonus, vacation time and health benefits.

      Cons

      New President of Delaware Life is cutting costs without even realizing the importance of people's positions in IT. While the VP's are staying, the workers are getting the pink slip. It is only a matter of time before people realize the errors in their ways.
