      Pros

      -Flexible and dynamic. I've never felt stuck here -Solid pay and great benefits - Fantastic coworkers - A legitimately excellent product that provides real benefits for clients

      Cons

      - Sometimes management is too preoccupied with chasing down "trends" (see the Shopify integration) instead of focusing on getting new business. - Could be better with compensation rewards

      I love the people, the work is rewarding and they have a great culture
