      Pros

      Nicely remodeled office. Company has an international presence.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability of senior leaders - blame is pushed downward. Silo thinking - too much navel gazing and have a really hard time identifying and rewarding true talent. Senior management has a club-type mentality, you need to fit into the club to succeed. This primes above company results and performance and clouds their judgement and decision making ability.

      Pros

      Better benefits than most American companies, but not enough to make up for the compensation and lack of advancement.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, pay is not at market rates. Most employees are miserable. HR talks a big game about advancement/opportunities but in reality there are none. This company is not honest to it's employees.
