1. Good people who try to make the best of their limited resources. 2. Good location for a lumber mill. Located near forest land. 3. Most of the staff is experienced and works well with each other. 4. A sense of community is present in this organization.

1. The mill has seen better days, however ownership is investing in the lumber mill. This may make the mill better in the future. 2. The mill has seen five owners in the last twenty years. This has created stress for the employees. This has also caused the organization to lose focus and continuity. This wears down employee morale. 3. Inexperienced management has been running the lumber mill. This is the cause of wasted resources. For this reason profitable operations has been put on the back burner for less profitable projects.

A lot of possibility , they got about 18 mills all around Quebec and New Brunswick...

the bad condition of the market of lumber are kind of stressfull...
