Management really cares and is directly involved in the direction of the business. Work is challenging, and rewarding with many opportunities to learn. Colleagues are very supportive and excited to share their solutions. Minimal Management overhead and a very tight limit of superfluous internal meetings!
Cons
Small company, in a neiche and unpredictable market. Layoffs are possible in market downturns. High stress from client facing interactions.
