The work culture is major problematic. There's unethical behavior, rudeness towards lower and mid-level managers and the HR is unresponsive. The sales head engages in power harassment. Either you tolerate the mistreatment or leave, well the HR will not take your call or listen so leave that behind! On top of all this, there are issues with delayed payment or no payment at all. You either cry , beg or fight It's a challenging situation. They give you false hope, no appraisal or appreciation.
