      Pros

      Wonderful physician team that works closely and respectfully with the nursing staff. Great support staff (kitchen and housekeeping)

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. No clinical educator. Scheduling of shifts done poorly, crummy hours overall and overall unsupportive environment to learn or work in due to crappy leadership.

      Pros

      Some kind coworkers, town hospital hours, very minimal nights needed in most depts, free parking

      Cons

      Tons of rules in favour of FT, PT gets crappy end of agreement, no guarantee of hours, HR refuses to raise our wage to equal similar hospitals that are way less busy.
