Some kind coworkers, town hospital hours, very minimal nights needed in most depts, free parking

Tons of rules in favour of FT, PT gets crappy end of agreement, no guarantee of hours, HR refuses to raise our wage to equal similar hospitals that are way less busy.

Kind people there who care, great community. Tons of hours because no one wants to show up!

Departments seem to have resentment towards eachother. Nurses are miserable and rude. Pay is not equitable to other hospitals. Admin refuses to staff hospital property to protect budget when staff are burning themselves out busting their bums to help their team out.
