Politics has started taking over performance. People have stated leaving due to bad wok culture They dont ask you to leave if you are a perfomer, but will relocate you to a place which is too inconvenient Durinf F&F, they will cut undue deductions

Salary payment on time (Appraisal’s excluded)

Politics at another level. No sense of giving feedback. Favouritism. Non technical people made to lead technical teams. Women driven company but not women centric. High attraction rate. Posh is a joke. People unnecessarily poke there nose in other’s business.
