I like the culture and working environment, i am personally growth focus and looking for the company which help me grow and upskill faster. If you are like me this would be great startup to work with.

Cons

Founder's focus on result and growth. If you are someone who is not growth oriented and not understand the startup culture and what it takes then you should not join that's my suggestion.
