Great management, generous pay, incentives

Not much room for growth

Working at Grow Team now for 4 years and this is the first company that I feel like people have my back. The culture is very open and asking questions is regarded as a good thing. There are a lot of reasons to be motivated and engaged every day as there is strong compensation for getting results for our clients.

You will have to manage multiple projects and be ready for a fast-paced environment. A lot of new projects pop up so being able to adapt is important. The only real con is my 30-minute commute every day to work as San Diego traffic sucks.
