      Great community and people that work there.

      Cons

      Did not pay very well or offer regular promotions considering the most people that work there have B.S. or Masters. I started at $11 / hr, worked extra hours, and did not receive any kind of raise even after 9 months.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and corporate culture, growing small company with great products (and more coming). No financial issues because the products are based on real science and work for growers.

      Cons

      Not sure there are any.

      Good work life balance. Able to bring dogs to work.

      Cons

      Bad CEO. No direction of where they were going. Changed company end goals every year. Poor management. Managers had no idea what they were doing.
