Pros

Good salary structure with above-market pay and solid tax benefits. Open culture where feedback is generally welcomed. Visionary CEO with a clear business direction and focus on quality.

Cons

Only one major project for LAMP and Angular developers, which severely limits career growth. The main project environment is toxic, primarily due to a client with an enormous ego who constantly mistreats the team. Despite this, Growexx provides no real support to its employees. Poor work-life balance with frequent overtime and continuous pressure. Egoistic and foul behaviour from the practice head — lacks basic work ethics and professionalism in dealing with team members. Heavy micromanagement and a culture where billing is prioritized over employee well-being. Senior management and HR remain ineffective in addressing employee concerns or improving the work culture.

Pros

I think learning is the the best things so far from this company.

Cons

I initially had a positive impression of the company, but over time I experienced significant work pressure and inconsistent management practices. In my experience, there appeared to be differences in how policies were applied to employees, which created concerns about fairness and transparency. Career growth and compensation decisions did not always seem to reflect performance consistently. Feedback regarding salary discussions could sometimes feel discouraging rather than constructive. Additionally, I felt that senior management did not always recognize or encourage employees who demonstrated strong performance and potential. I also found that concerns raised to management and HR were not always addressed effectively. Overall, the work environment could benefit from greater transparency, consistency in policy enforcement, stronger employee support, and a more merit-based approach to recognition and growth.
