Pros
Great communication and interaction with clients, excellent work-balance (I guess it will also depend on the client you work with). Remote/hybrid work. It's a good opportunity if your current career priority is to have a good life quality but not as much economical benefits as in other companies.
Cons
Low salary, Actual opportunities to grow are scarce. I only get my salary increased once. Since this year (2026) they've implement a policy where you are only eligible for a promotion/salary increase if you get the highest level in a "AI Maturity Impact Framework" (only 10% of employees achieved the highest level in the first assessment).
