They get to know VAs well before assigning them to a client. In case the client decides to no longer continue with GrowthAssistant, the VA gets assigned to a new client.
Cons
You won’t earn anything unless you get assigned a new client. They don’t seem to have an organized CRM tool since they re-interview GAs despite being with them for years. Their success managers also do not offer a lot of support to VAs.
