Great Culture, Great People and Work Life Balance. The best company i've ever worked with, Brendon and his team are amazing.

Very few bad apples at director level Engineering ruined the Growthday for everyone leading to layoffs, thankfully they were fired before it got bad but the impact led to a lot of other layoffs as well.

The people made this position what it was. I really enjoyed the coworkers on my team, but I will say—being in the thought leader space is tricky. The content became very redundant. The company leader promised a lot of growth opportunities that failed to come to fruition. Attending the events was mandatory, and the hours were long. I had some positive memories over the time I worked at GrowthDay, but overall, the predominant feeling was one of overwhelm.

There is little growth opportunity.
