- Powerful Culture that gives every joiner the opportunity to lear and grow by working across 2 continents - right from day one - Mentorship from my team and the founders is authentic and generous so it helps me achieve my personal and professional potential - Getting to engage with senior business leaders and execs - who are clients, and board advisors - is an amazing development experience - like no other!
Cons
- Fast paced and can be tough for those who are not ready for a truly high growth startup - If you don't like communicating then it could be a challenge - since virtual working is huge - especially at global level - so communicating with different people - across teams is necessary
