Where to even begin? This was by far the most chaotic and demoralizing work environment I’ve ever been in.
Zero communication: Leadership is opaque, constantly shifting priorities without notice or context. You’ll often find out you were "expected" to do something you were never told about.
Lack of integrity: There is no ethical north star here. Promises made during interviews were ignored once the job began — including around role expectations and timelines.
No support structure: No onboarding, no documentation, no guidance. You’re thrown into the deep end and then blamed when you can’t swim.
Toxic leadership style: Micromanagement mixed with absenteeism. Feedback is non-existent unless it’s criticism. Leadership has a superiority complex and zero empathy.
Culture of fear: People walk on eggshells, constantly anxious about saying the wrong thing or being the next scapegoat. High turnover isn't a fluke — it's baked into the system.
