I'm relatively new to GrowthZone and I have to say — what an exciting time to join. The company is in the middle of a real transition, and it feels energizing. Leadership is clearly working toward a strong vision, and you can feel the momentum building.
What's stood out most to me from day one is the team. Everyone I've worked with has been genuinely helpful, collaborative, and positive. Questions are welcomed, not brushed aside. People take the time to set you up for success, and there's a real sense that we're all in this together.
