It's possible to form good friendships with coworkers, especially because you're dealing with the same issues.
Cons
The partners are the worst people I've ever worked for, especially the main partner. They insult and talk down to employees on a regular basis. I actually heard one call an employee an idiot! They expect you to put work ahead of your family and your health. Vacation time is the bare minimum. They complain about the tiniest thing but won't give any compliments when good work is done. There is so much disorganization, but the partners won't listen to people's suggestions for improving things. No wonder so may employees have left in the past year! This is such a toxic work environment, new leadership is needed. Until then, don’t come near this place!
