Overall, the company is incredibly mismanaged. They overspend on everything and waste so much time and money on fruitless meetings. I worked through the holidays full time with the hope that they might keep me full time and they dangled it in front of me until I was no longer useful. Don't be honest with their HR, they will just use it against you later. They also actively tried to prevent our local VFW from fundraising in their store unless I worked certain days during the holidays, despite working 40+ hours already. There's so much drama in for a company that sell overpriced Honduran made shirts with silly catchphrases.
