I quit the job because they decided to change the freelance-translator rate without communicating this clearly beforehand. Which means I sent them an invoice but a couple of days later I noticed that they paid less than I billed them for. Because they didn't know that my team was connected they responded to all freelancers from my team with different information re back payment. It was a real shambles. Not too mention that the rate for translation is poor...
Additionally, the communication is not clear, no one in Spain feels responsible if you are not part of the Spanish HQ-team. For example, they froze the translation batches multiple times without letting freelancers know so that you couldn't predict your income at all.
