The products they have are awesome and there are always opportunities to learn new technologies. They are using wide verity of technology from ado.net to entity framework, j-Query, Angular, Web Forms, MVC, Boiler Plate, IOC, Dependency Injection, SSRS, SSIS, OData API, Web API and many more.
Always, accept changes and happy to use new technology. The only thing is that you need to provide a good quality POC to the CTO to get the approval ;).

I would say no one is perfect. The processes still needs improvement but they are continuously working on that as well.
