Pros
Good loyal employees Good benefit package Rewarding experience helping people This company has the potential to be a great workplace if only the management could follow their own rules and guideline to set a better example for their employees.
Cons
Too much micro-managing of senior employees who have titles but very little say so within their own functions. High turnover rate because there is so much favoritism. The company shows more loyalty to long term "bad" employees versus the new ones who come in and wants to make changes for the betterment of the business.
