If you like drama, excessive cursing while on the phone with patients and upper management not caring about your legit concerns, then this is the place for you! Either fit in and kiss butt with the cliques, or get nasty attitudes and treatment. Nothing is private! If you make a complaint to HR the whole building will know in 1.5 hours. It's unbelievably the most toxic environment I've ever worked.
