      Pros

      Incredibly hard working employees who genuinely enjoy working with each other. Corporate office has some sweet perks and managers will, generally, always stick up for you. Honestly, the best part of my work day was being able to work with my coworkers.

      Cons

      Very clique-y and favoritism rules. Pretty low pay and bonuses essentially don't exist. Oh, and they rarely promote from within. CEO doesn't really care about people who aren't the top producing LOs, so be prepared to not necessarily have all of the support needed.

      Pros

      I worked with the best of the best in my industry, led by a brilliant manager. Remote Work, Semi-Flexible Schedule, Overtime was allowed sometimes.

      Cons

      The volume of work was intense, and you were expected to find your own cover for shifts if you're taking any time off, pay was not enough for the amount of stress. Asked to have an owners mentality but when you actually put this in practice management steps in and takes over, excluding you from being able to own anything. Insurance was terrible, too expensive.
