Pros
The individuals at each of the locations work well together and make you feel like part of the team. The bank tries to be very involved in the community. There is flexibility in your role and your progress is (mostly) at your own pace.
Cons
Lots of turnover. At some locations, it is very busy and lots of stress. Frontline workers don't always seem to get the understanding or support from the operations and customer service teams.
