Clean work environment, most co-workers are friendly.
Cons
Training, process, proceedures are extremely lacking, which shocked me for a bank. It is run like a club not a professional institution. Schedule is always an issue as customer service is a department of 10 (8 reps and 2 sups) and open Mon-Fri 10-7 and Sat 8-2. You will be required to work 1-2 Saturdays a month.
