surety hell - Consultant Guardian Group Employee Review

I applied for this job straight out of University. Wasn't sure about the longevity of my plan, but ended up staying a full 4 years. They ended up partnering up with a larger company and I transitioned to this parent company, but still work closely with the Guardian Leadership Team.

It was all in office work. They have gotten more flexible with work from home, and i was able to work from home 2 days a week.

Benefits and pay are fair

Office is a bit quiet. There are no annual reviews unless you ask.
