      Pros

      Not many. Definitely not enough to make me continue my employment long term. Benefits are decent. That’s the only positive at this juncture.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about its employees. Employee retention rate is abysmal. Zero organization. By working here you sacrifice quality of life. Recently got an email from the company asking employees to provide feedback on Glassdoor, so here it is. This company, or maybe it’s just the DeWitt, Iowa plant, is a train wreck. Look for employment elsewhere. Don’t even give this place a thought. Trust me.

      1) Parent company is Koch 2) Utilized Koch's PBM philosophy

      Cons

      1) Continues to shrink, lay off people, close plants and decline in sales and revenue 2) Barely any bonuses 3) Continuous org changes in the name of transformation, making it impossible to feel settled or have a stable working relationship 4) No clear path to growth - personal or professional 5) Barely any professional development 6) Recent C-level changes and management restructure
