Guardian Support is just a great company to work for and I am so pleased I took the job offer and made the move! My work life-balance has never been so good - I'm a new person with time to do the things I love whilst enjoying my time when I work! Everyone is very welcoming and it's slightly cliché to say but it is one big family and I felt part of it from accepting the job offer. Members of the team contacted me and said hi, I had catch ups ahead of my first day which was so nice and really stopped those "between job" anxieties. I was included in plans for a work night out which was happening as I started - again just made the transition to the new job really exciting and positive. The way the business works is on being honest, open and friendly. But the biggest thing is that it's fair. Praise is widely shared with the team and prize draws are carried out monthly for that praise which is just such a lovely ethos! You are recognized if you go above and beyond but more importantly it is not taken for granted. I have never worked for a business where top management have personally thanked me in the way they do at Guardian Support. I know should I need help, it is there but I am also trusted as a professional in my field to get on and do what I love. New ideas are always welcomed and it's just so refreshing to find such a forward thinking business in the way it operates not only with clients but with internal employees.

To be honest I cannot think of anything - which is weird but I promise you it is not too good to be true... it is just true!
