Pay has significantly decreased over time compared to the rest of the market. There are no promotions or growth opportunities. The Ontario management is disorganized, lacks leadership, and fails to recognize or reward employee efforts. They are losing contracts and cutting corners while pretending everything is fine. There’s no vision or accountability under the current Ontario leadership, and it’s ruining the company’s reputation.
